✨ ReadyReturns Asset Retrieval Improvements
We've made retrieving IT assets even faster:
HR Service Center: An optional phone number field now appears when "I do not have an address" is selected, which can be configured to trigger SMS Action Alerts to the worker
Action Alerts: New equipment return reminder Action Alerts can be configured to send a cadence of follow up reminders to employees who have not returned equipment
🐛 ReadyReturns Asset Retrieval Bug Fixes
Order Details: Fixed an issue that prevented the order details page from displaying when dates were missing
Added some refactoring
