ReadyReturns Now Supports a Heat Map for Your Returns Portal

See exactly how customers use your ReadyReturns portal. The new heat map shows where customers click, which buttons and fields get used most, and where they drop off, across every theme and step of the return flow. Find what’s working and fix where customers get stuck.

✨ ReadyReturns Improvements

• Packing Slip Form Builder: Design your own packing slip layouts, including text that wraps around barcodes. Previews scroll smoothly and print consistently on different computers.

• UPS Pickups and Call Tags: Pickup type now shows in the returns list and on return details, phone numbers format automatically, and the print button is easier to find.

🐛 ReadyReturns Bug Fixes

• Barcodes: Fixed an issue with wide barcode labels.

• UPS Mobile Barcodes: Improved the size of UPS mobile barcodes.
